FinalKeepSake.com — Leave clarity, not confusion.

A letter, of sorts, about what this is

Somewhere in your house, there is a drawer.

A password nobody else knows. An account no one remembers exists. A folder of insurance papers mixed in with old tax returns. A photo you keep meaning to print and frame, still sitting in your phone.

Most of us carry our whole lives this way — scattered, half-organized, trusted mostly to memory. It works, right up until the day it has to work for someone else. That day never sends a warning. It rarely comes with paperwork.

FinalKeepSake exists so that day, whenever it comes, finds something ready instead of something missing.

Why I built this

“My greatest accomplishment will always be my family.”

More than anything else, I am a husband and a father of five. My family has always been the center of my life — the reason I work hard, take chances, and keep moving forward even when it’s difficult.

I hope my family remembers me as someone who loved them deeply and never stopped trying to make their lives better — the projects, the jokes, the trips, the long conversations, and all the ordinary time we were fortunate enough to share.

I built FinalKeepSake because I wanted a real answer to one question: if something happened to me tomorrow, would my family have everything they need? I want the same for yours.

Questions? We’re real people — hello@finalkeepsake.com.

Three ways people find their way here

Nobody arrives at a place like this by accident.

There are, really, only three reasons.

If you’re still here

You want to be ready, just in case.

Eight quiet steps: your story, your documents locked safely away, your final wishes in your own words, letters to the people you love — even help finding the words, when you can’t find them yourself. Finish, and one button creates a single, organized handoff: a document, a folder, a private link. Everything your family would need, waiting for them instead of hidden from them.

If someone is gone

You’re the one left holding everything.

A place to gather what’s left — photos, memories, the stories only your family can tell — built for more than one person to add to, so the weight doesn’t sit on just you. A memorial that stays as long as it’s needed, and a guestbook for everyone else who loved them too.

If you just lost a companion

Who never once let you down.

A free, permanent page for a pet — no account required, nothing to set up, nothing to pay, ever. Somewhere to light a candle, write what they meant to you, and find out you weren’t the only one who understood.

A quiet promise

What you share here stays yours.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Private by default — visible only to those you invite
  • Never used to train public AI
  • Exportable and deletable, whenever you choose

FinalKeepSake is an organizational and legacy-preservation service. It does not replace an attorney, estate plan, will, trust, or professional legal advice.

The practical part

Starting is free, and stays free for one memorial page, a guestbook, and your first few documents — no card, no pressure.

When you’re ready for everything — every document, every page, the full handoff, up to ten memorial pages included — it’s a single $99 payment, and it includes your first 90 days. After that, keeping it going is $17.99 a month, or $179for the year. If you’d rather have someone walk you through it, a one-time $59 guided setup is there too.

None of it is required to begin. All of it is there when you’re ready.

The drawer doesn’t have to be where any of this lives. It can be somewhere your family can actually find — organized, waiting, already done, the day they need it most.

Your life. Your wishes.
A lasting gift of love.

— written the way we hope you’ll write yours.
